By purchasing products from KmXtend, you are stating that they are to be utilized and/or installed by a fully licensed beautician & certified hair extension specialist. Full Refund applies to our sample packet of human hair extensions and shipping fee for FIRST TIME BUYERS ONLY. Unfortunately, due to the high demand for quality products within this industry accompanied by attemped scams/fraud, we no longer issue refunds or color replacements on FULL human hair bundles/sets. Please select your colors accordingly as they will not be exchanged. It is highly recommended that you ask us for a FREE sample first to check the quality and order a color ring. In the event you require a different shade/color, please note you may professionally have our hair dyed to suit your desired color level. We stand behind our premium quality hair. Please be sure to test our hair by grabbing your sample packet today so you can be assured of the quality of our hair before you buy!
We ship within the USA and globally/internationally. All packages are shipped FULLY INSURED with DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED. No indirect shipping permitted (i.e. neighbor’s signature) for unestablished accounts. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt during our standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow a 2-3 day processing time for all orders from our factory. Total transit and processing time is typically 7 days with a maximum of 14 days in the event holidays or inclimate weather conditions.
FRAUD PREVENTION (billing and shipping):
ALL NEW CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE VERIFIED WITH THE CARD ISSUING BANK TO PREVENT FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY. We promote a SAFE shopping experience for all across the globe! Unlawful use of any individual’s credit card will be reported formerly to the proper authorities for full investigation and if applicable, escalated prosecution. No exceptions. Please note ALL packages are picked and packed with a 4 tier count and weighing system to ensure the proper quantity of bundles are included with you order. To avoid a reoccurrence of fradulant activity of individuals requesting additional hair for “missing bundles”, please note we do not issue a refund, credit or replace hair goods without utilizing our extended investigative procedures first. Customers are required to keep the original shipping packaging and contact us. All orders are fully insured. In the event an order was damaged in transit and missing/damaged contents, we will process a claim through the carrier and will need the ORIGINAL packaging in order to do so. We secure ALL packaging and ship from our facility to the buyer with a 4x verified “consecutive weight in transit” to ensure all products are received that were ordered and shipped. Unfortunately, we had to define and roll out such policy in order to avoid a hand few of online buyers who seek to fraud vendors on a recurring bases. Although this is a compliment to our brand, we do not tolerate fraud on any level.
RETURN POLICY (non-hair goods):
Returns for all NON hair goods (i.e. accessories and equipment) may be accepted within 14 days after receipt of your order (provided the products are unused, unaltered, undamaged and sealed in original packaging) for either money back OR replacement product. We ONLY refund/money back hair goods purchased via our sample packet. We do not accept returns or exchanges for full hair bundles/sets as stated in our guarantee policy. Please note we will address and immediately replace ANY defective product. ****All returns are subject to a return authorization number or they will not be accepted at our facility**** Please contact us prior to returning merchandise. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect items were received or items were defective or damaged in transit.
If products are damaged during transit please contact us within 3 working days from the date you received the goods. Please retain all products, packing material and boxes for claim purposes. To receive your new item(s) we must receive your returned merchandise prior to sending out replacement(s). THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO HAIR GOODS – ONLY ACCESSORIES. No COD shipping charges accepted unless your account was placed on COD by our Billing Department. There are no returns, credits or refunds on wholesale orders or clearance items. We FULLY inspect all orders before shipping and provide a final weight count which ensures the exact amount of hair receipted by the customer.
