Our Hair:
Our hair is virgin cuticle double drawn hair from ONE DONOR collected in Russia and Mongolia area. The natural direction aligned cuticle can safeguard hair from damage very well. Which builds solid foundation for quality hair extensions. The hair is imported to our manufacturing facility is located in China. All hair is manufactured to our specifications and then stored in our warehouse in China until sold. This saves greatly on overhead costs and we are able to pass those savings onto you, the customer. Once you place the order with us, we have our warehouse ship to our office in South Carolina USA. Once it arrives, we ship it out to you. The process takes about 1 week from order date to delivery.

The hair seems to be of very nice quality. You can't really tell until you see how they do with time, but so far so good after a washing.
Just as important is customer service and although there was an error in my shipment, 1 of 3 was the wrong length but they went out of the way to make it right, and that is important.
