We've huddled together, brainstorming tirelessly, exploring every possible alternative to ensure we continue to provide you with the quality you deserve without adding any extra burden. After much heartfelt deliberation, I wanted to reach out to you personally with a decision that comes straight from the core of our values.
We will not be increasing our pricing on KmXtend Hair Extensions due to these tariffs.

Keeping our pricing stable, for as long as humanly possible, feels like the only right thing to do. We've always strived to operate with lean efficiency, keeping our overhead as low as possible so that we can offer you exceptional quality at accessible prices. Our margins have always been intentionally modest, a conscious choice to pass on savings directly to you. Now, we're digging even deeper. We are committed to tightening our belts further internally, making the decision to reduce our costs internally to help offset the costs. We will be reducing advertising spend and temporarily pause any new collaborations.
