This was my first time ordering KMXtend/tape weft + my client + I are literally obsessed with everything about this hair! We had a small shipping mishap, but customer service was absolutely wonderful + so sweet! I’ve definitely found my extension brand!

Updated review: I’ve changed this review from 2 stars because after I left a review for the previous set of tape-in extensions I ordered which had some quality issues the owner of KMextend reached out to me and let me know that any issues with their extensions are very rare and she sent me replacements for the tape in extensions I had ordered. I haven’t had the new sets installed yet but I can attest to the outstanding quality of customer service. Knowing that they stand behind their products is honestly rare compared to how other extension retailers operate.
I will update after I’ve had the new set of extensions installed for a month or so!
I will be ordering again in the future.
