Please place orders before 8PM EST on January 25th to avoid delays due to our factory and warehouse being on a holiday. After January 25th, orders can still be placed, but will ship out approx. Feb 8th- 9th.
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away so we can make it right. Just email us, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Email us at info@kmxtend.com for assistance.
Due to hygiene reasons, all hair extension sales are final and cannot be returned.
By placing an order through KmXtend Hair Extensions you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA country.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
A. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and inspect the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us by email. We will need the hair returned to us to do a thorough inspection and see if the problem is a manufacturing defect.

B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept returns after 10 days of the original inquiry.
C. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566. If the color needs exchanged for another color, please contact us prior.
D. REFUNDS
We do not offer any refunds on hair. Sales are final. If there is a defective item, see above for the process on manufacturing defects for potential replacement.
